I'm a philosopher of mind in the second year of my PhD at ANU, working with Victoria McGeer, Frank Jackson, and Daniel Stoljar. My main line of research is consciousness, and more specifically on what philosophical and psychological research has to say about the functions of consciousness. I also have wider interests in the metaphysics of mind (esp. the hard problem of consciousness), philosophy of psychiatry (esp. thought insertion and how we experience the self), and philosophy of technology.

From October 2024, I will be a visiting student at the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence at the University of Cambridge.
